EmpowerHer Coaching - FAQ

How do I book my first session?

  • You can book with me under the “Let’s Connect” section. Fill out your contact information and I’ll reply within 24-48 hours. If you’re not sure which option is right for you, I recommend starting with the EmpowerHer Consultation.

What happens after I book?

Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with:

  • Your scheduled date/time

  • An intake form to complete prior to your first session

  • Any important details or prep info for your service

This allows me to fully customize your plan before we even start.

Do you offer virtual coaching?

Yes. Virtual coaching is available for fitness, nutrition, mindset coaching, and business mentorship. We’ll meet via Zoom for your scheduled sessions and all plans are fully customized for virtual clients.

Is this only for moms or business owners?

No - EmpowerHer Coaching is for any woman ready to build discipline, structure, and results in her fitness, nutrition, business, or lifestyle. Many of my clients are mothers or entrepeneurs, but it’s not required to benefit from this program.

How long are the sessions?

  • Consultations: 45 minutes

  • Coaching Calls: 30-60 minutes depending on your package

  • Personal Training (in person or virtual) 45-60 minutes

  • Business Mentorship: Custom based on client goals

When is payment due?

All sessions must be paid at time of booking to secure your spot. Payment plans may be available for certain coaching packages.

What is your reschedule & cancellation policy?

  • 24-hour notice is required to reschedule any session.

  • Missed sessions or last-minute cancellations may result in a forfeited session fee.

  • I respect your time and my own - keeping clear boundaries ensures I can give full attention to every client.

Can I work with you for fitness + business at the same time?

Absolutely. My complete EmpowerHer Package is designed to fully integrate fitness, nutrition, mindset, and business mentorship so you can grow in every area.
